Why do I need to pay to join Surfing Mums?

Going for a surf is free, but here at Surfing Mums Inc. we are a membership based community that relies on fees to operate. Like paying to join a sports team, but saltier.

Your $52 (just $1 a week) goes towards:

  • Public liability insurance
  • Incorporation, allowing us to have sponsors and apply for equipment grants
  • To provide groups with shade tents, first aid kits and other group essentials
  • Promoting Surfing Mums through our website and flyers, which helps mums like you find us
  • Boring stuff like this website, printing and postage costs
  • A member gift, because that's the kind of rad thing that Surfing Mums do!
